Not my Breakfast – Dispatches from Brexit Britain documents the experiences of young people living through Brexit. We believe that Brexit is going to be catastrophic for young people’s futures, our fellow EU citizens in Britain and people’s lives and livelihoods.
We are sick and tired of being told to shut our mouths and pipe down because we had a referendum in 2016. Things are going really wrong right now and we believe it is time to stand up and say something. We will no longer stay quiet, because these are our futures and we have something to say.
Young people in Britain are standing up for their futures. It is time to say that we oppose a Brexit that will remove our right to move freely across Europe, make us poorer and will threaten the stability of this country and the Good Friday agreement.
We need to mobilise, we need to make our voices heard, we need a People’s Vote. If you believe that young people in Britain deserve better, it’s time to stand up and be counted.
